Past President of the Tennessee Home Builders Association (2005) and the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville (2001 & 2008), and a director of the Tennessee HBA and the National Association of Home Builders since 1997.

Byron Wood

Vice President

Byron joined FairFax in 2014 and served as 2019 President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville. He is a licensed Tennessee attorney with a B.S. and J.D. from the University of Tennessee.
