Featured in the 2014 Parade of Homes, this plan may be the most versatile plan we have thus far in The Village at Saddlebrooke.  With a tandem design, the stock plan features a three-car garage.  We have modified this plan to make a two-car garage with extra storage and an additional laundry room, allowing the original laundry room to be a dedicated mud room.  With three bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs, this house is great for families and empty nesters.
