Throughout the Greater Knoxville Area the name FairFax has become synonymous with “Quality and Service”. Founded in 1991, FairFax has many years of experience and a working knowledge of the building industry. 

FairFax is a Knoxville based construction company that has built over 500 homes and completed over 250 remodeling projects throughout East Tennessee. We build all price ranges and sizes of new homes from 1000 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. FairFax specializes in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, but we'll work on any room and have performed several whole house remodels and additions. 

FairFax is fully licensed and insured with Builders Risk, Workman’s Compensation and General Liability and we have a AAA credit rating with suppliers, subcontractors and vendors. We're a member of the Greater Knoxville Home Builders Association and Better Business Bureau. Fairfax has been certified as a "Green Professional", "Graduate Builder", and "Aging in Place Specialist" by the National Home Builders Association through continuing education classes.
