This has been our most popular plan in The Village at Saddlebrooke.  There is no wasted space in this open three-bedroom plan.  The bonus area upstairs can include a full bath and closet, if you need a fourth bedroom.  Granite countertops in kitchen and tile shower are standard in this and the rest of our homes in The Village.
